This Employee/Intern Candidate Privacy Notice has been prepared in order to provide information on how we, Solak & Partners, process your personal data you provided to us through filling the “Would you like to work with us?” form (the “Form”) on our web site for job/intern applications and recruitment process under the Personal Data Protection Law Numbered 6698 (“KVKK” or the “Law“).
We process your personal data in order to evaluate your job / internship application, to arrange interviews with you pursuant to legal grounds stipulated under Article 5/2 (f) of the Law as such processing is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest, in order to carry out recruitment/internship approval procedures in case you are deemed suitable for the job/internship as a result of the evaluations and/or interviews, to contact you within this scope and to carry out other ordinary human resources affairs related to your job/internship pursuant to legal grounds stipulated under Article 5/2 (c) of the Law as such processing is directly related to the establishment of a contract between you and Solak & Partners, in order to determine whether your competencies and skills are suitable for potential future job opportunities and to inform you of these opportunities by contacting you for such potential job opportunities if you are not recruited for the position you applied for pursuant to legal grounds stipulated under Article 5/2 (f) of the Law as such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests and based on your explicit consent.
