Who we are looking for?

We are seeking experienced an Associate Lawyer who are passionate about contracts, commercial and corporate law, particularly in fast-evolving sectors like IT, FinTech, and emerging technologies. While prior experience in FinTech or blockchain is a plus, it is not a requirement.

What you'll bring?

• More than 3 years’ experience at a reputable law firm.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation, corporate advisory, or compliance matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in law from a well-regarded university.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• An interest in technology-driven industries and innovative business models.
