Begüm Ergin

Begum Ergin is a corporate lawyer specialized in all aspects of corporate law, including contracts, M&A's, establishment of legal entities and legal due diligence. With her vast experience in a big-four accounting firm, she also advises clients on legal immigration processes and employment law related legal issues. Focusing on the emerging areas of law, she further provides advisory on data protection law and recent practices in the IT sector. She has expertise on areas such as competition, intellectual property, European Union and maritime law.‍
