As Competition Law Counsel, she advises on merger control, antitrust investigations, regulatory compliance, and commercial risk assessments. She has extensive experience representing multinational clients before the Turkish Competition Authority and has worked across regulated industries including telecommunications, energy, and pharmaceuticals.
As Business Development Lead, she is responsible for driving the firm’s strategic growth, strengthening key client relationships, and enhancing its international visibility. She leads business development initiatives, thought leadership projects, and cross-border collaboration efforts, supporting partners in expanding priority practice areas and building long-term client value.
Earlier in her career, she practised as a competition lawyer at leading law firms based in Istanbul. She has extensive experience in competition law, regulatory compliance, contract and commercial matters, and has advised multinational clients across regulated sectors such as telecommunications, energy, and pharmaceuticals. She has also handled numerous merger control filings and competition investigations before the Turkish Competition Authority.
